    If you have received a letter from the American Home Relief Foundation, LLC or a phone call from 877-719-2448, beware.  This company is using scare tactics to get innocent buyers to modify their loan.  

    My husband and I received a letter from this company stating that we were delinquent on our mortgage.  We are not and have never been delinquent on our mortgage.  

    The letterhead even had an FHA Modification Case Number to try to make it look like it was from the government.

    Even if this company is legitimate, their use of fraud to get people on the phone is reprehensible, and they do not deserve your business.
