On 08/22/2014 this company deducted 49.98 from my debit card. Showing it in Brandon, FL, no info will pull up on the company.

Same here, put a stop on my card and contacting the company tomorrow. I would do the same.

This company did the same thing to me.  The amount was 49.98 and it was from Brandon FL.

Got a phone call from my bank saying that a charge in Florida had showed up on my card for $49.98. They asked me if it sounded familiar. The bank went ahead and cancelled the card and the transaction... It's easy to complain about bank services, but I sure do love when they do their job right.

This just happened to me.  I tried calling the number on the bank statement but did not get an answer.  I stayed on hold for quite some time until I gave up and called my bank.  My bank had to cancel my card, and is investigating the transaction.  Until the investigation is over my account will not be refunded.  I am very upset that someone can easily access my funds and I have no idea how or why this happened, or how they received my information.

I recommend filing a fraud dispute with your bank or CC holder and also filing reports with the FTC & CFB..

I finally got through to the company and it is a weight loss supplement.  They were very nice.  The name the item was "supposedly" charged to was not my name and I did not receive anything.  He "checked"  on it for me and said it would be removed from my account in 3-5 days.  We will see.  I asked him to make sure this did not happen again.  I will advise if I get results either way.  Hopefully it wasn't just to appease me and get me off the phone.

This just happened to me twice.  First was from this company selling a raspberry ketone supplement for weight loss.  They have refunded the money.  Now this.  I really have to cancel this card to protect myself, I have no idea how they or anyone could do this.  What's next!!!??

Just got charged 49.98 from my card.  I cancelled my card immediately.  Whoever did this , I hope they get caught.  

Just checked my bank account and the credit for 49.98 is already there.  You can bet I will keep a close eye on my account for any additional transactions of this nature.  Good luck to the rest of you!!!!!

I called three times and got the same man, different name. Alonzo aka Michael. Said the company name was "customer support". I asked for what company, he said over 100. I said start listing them. He would not give me a supervisor with out me providing more information, yeah right. Wouldn't tell me who he worked for or represented. Just that the company name is Customer Support and they're located in Florida. Provided an email address that reference "SSF support " but would not tell me what SSF stood for. Report them,don't wait for them to return your cash. They're scamming all kinds of other unsuspecting people in the mean time and will likely never return your funds. This on Aug 29th 2014 happened to me for same amount-account for card is cancelled and they are investigating also.

Had a $49.98 charge to the 877-719-8898 on 8/28/14.
Then had a $49.98 charge to a 877-307-1117 over the weekend posted to my account last night on 9/1/2014

Canceled my card and getting a new one.

I had the same thing happen to me.  One was the 877-719-8898 for $49.98 on 8/28 and the other was from 877-307-1117.com.  Cancelled my card but it's so frustrating

call up the cops in that town and file a complaint. I did. They got me for two transactions of $49.99 ea

I hate thieves, Im going to call the number everyday and harass the hell out of them...lol

I was charged 49.95. Bank made me contact company and demand refund. I did and they refunded the money, but the next month I get another charge for the same amount for the same product from a different phone  number.  So, again I have to contact them myself and demand a refund, while leaving my card open to receive the refund, so this can happen again.  Luckily the fraud protection at the main branch noticed this and called me today and told me the steps to take as soon as I do get a refund or it happens again.  Big headache.  Since I've never heard of this company.  It is a total scam, someone is selling card numbers. This place uses several different phone numbers that way they can get around the banking rules and procedures.  This is what the fraud protection customer service person told me.
