received a call from this number, answered, no one on line, silence.

idiots!

I completed the survey the day after the visit, and I'm getting numerous automated calls asking me to do the survey again.  Today there was silence on the other end when I answered. Very annoying. Customer of 20 years having lots of problems with them, and this is the latest.

I just had a ProOne tech service call, but was never asked to complete a survey. If this is what this is, they should at least have the decency to leave a message. I won't ever pick up anything with a CID of "800 Service" -- are they kidding?

I have had 2 calls from this number and both times no one has said anything and I have been hung up on.

Sent to voice mail; they left me 30 seconds of silence. Guessing it's Protection One based on what other people said.

Recorded message from Protection One asking me to call back to complete a survey regarding work done recently.

Protection1, left me high and dry for 5 days.  Then they never followed up.  Refused to give me back my payment.  Said I did not give them 30 days notice.  I will not deal with these people again.

Caller just hangs up
