    They start off by saying it is not a solicitation call.  Then they start to say something about how I'm going to be able to get a zero interest rate on all my credit cards.  Probably should have stayed on the line to hear the rest of the pitch but didn't have the patience.

    These morons called my DNC-listed landine today at 1031 hours.  I let the fax machine pick up the call because I don't answer phone calls from scam artists, which I confirmed via White Pages while the phone was still ringing.
