NCO Dept Collector; Unable to call back; seems they are very busy or just have one phone line, Bunch of losers! Trying to scam me about a home loan that closed over two years ago and was "fully satisfied" according to Sun Bank last year; guess these guys bought a "bad" loan lead. The house was a flip for me and I made out great!

They call every couple of days and only leave a recorded message.  There is no way to tell them to stop or that the person they are looking for is not at this phone number.

I think you are on to something.  My son used to have a "student account" with Sun Trust, which they kept assessing nsf charges to.  He would go to them, clear up the "error" and it would happen again, and again...
I think complaints to the local banking commissioners may be useful.  We have a friend who was receiveing collection calls from them related to a loan they had co-signed.  However they did not know the maker of the loan, and had not ever co-signed for anyone.

I recently moved into a home.  Immediately, actually my first call, was from this number.  I owe no money to anyone.  In fact I had a spotless record with my credit was searched to buy this new home.

I have received a call from this number almost daily since I moved in, even though my number was added to the no call list.  

This is very annoying because I have tried to call back to tell them that they are calling the wrong number, and the phone either rings and rings more than ten times, or I am put on hold for so long that I hang up.

Same problem here they call and call and only leave a recorded message.  Can't get thru to a live person and the number they give must only be one line because its always just ringing or busy.  Getting very tired of them calling.  I have been on the do not call list for ages and I am ready to file a lawsuit against them.  Only one problem can't figure out who to talk to regarding that either.

My son received several calls on his cell from this number.  I tried to call the number from my home phone and their line just rings with no one ever picking it up.    I then tried to call them back via my son's cell phone.  Someone answered and put me on hold.  After 3 minutes I hung up. This is obviously a scam of some sort.  I haven't figured out how this would benefit them unless they are somehow charging my son's cell for the return call and putting me on hold racks up the bill.  I will report to my son's cell phone carrier to make sure there are no charges for these calls and to see if I can some how block the calls.

Just got a call from these people concerning 130 dollars I supposedly owe them from an old closed account at Suntrust. I ask them to send me a bill, as I do not give out personal info over the phone, they said no. Eventually I dropped the F-Bomb on her said I was going to call my local FBI office and complain about their scamming. Trust me folks, that account at Suntrust was satisfied... do yourself a favor and drop the f-bomb on these mofos... they deserve it for trying to intimidate and scam the hard working people of the best country in the world! USA!!! Hug your Kids today!!!!

They call every single day  twice a day and leave a recorded message for me to call them. I then got something on the mail from them trying to collect on an account that I satisfied & closed when I was 22-- 10 years ago! They won't provide me with a bill or anything. They are scam artists and very annoying at that!

Spoke to a lady at this # named Ms. Hancock!  They keep calling even tho I asked them to stop.
