Claims to be a from an attorneys office. Yet won't give details of office information. Claims actions set against me for loans never paid back from 4 yrs ago. But I have none.

Called my mother about my father. My parent's are divorced and alleged that my father had 24 hours to surrender himself to the police for fraud! I am pissed! Debt collectors are taking things too far and we reported his allegations made to my mother about my father to the police! You went to far this time!

Called my parents who live in Maine and are in their 80's about a  "serious criminal matter.". Also indicated that the New Hanover County, NC sheriff's department had been to my house.  I haven't lived in North Carolina in over four years and sold my property several years aho.  More over, whoever made the phone call made it on a day when New Hanover County was under a mandatory Hurricane evacuation.  There is massive flooding in the Wilmington, NC area and the Sheriff's Dept is out saving people from drowning.  This behavior is reckless.

Have been leaving me threatening messages about a collection and saying they will send authorities to my place of business to arrest me as well as my home.This joker only left his name Brian on the message,no company name or anything just an idiot named Brian.So I finally got fed up and called the number back today,a different joker answered and said Brian was unavailable then  he told me it was Barclays,I had paid this debt off through a debt consolidation program.I would like to ring this Brian guys neck...creep.

This joker called me said his name was Kenneth Robinson and that I have been summons to go to court they will be serving me at my house. They had my old married name which i have been legally divorced for 14 years. NOt sure who this is since i just refinanced my home and have no debit.

I received a phone call this morning, Wednesday, December 12th from Kenneth Robinson stating he was responding to a fax that was submitted to his office. He goes on to say that I was placed on a legal correspondence as one for XXXX possible point of contact. He goes about other "Legal" stuff then ends the call by saying failure to response will result in an active order and will forfeit your legal rights over to the state and I've been informed by Verbal Disposition.

He didn't have my current last name. And gave lots of info not knowing my relationship to XXXX. Now I'm even more suspicious seeing that other have received calls from this same number.

Called for some unknown person saying they are from Financial Solutions Group about an illegal complaint about this person. Told them they have a wrong number, Blocked this number. They should be heavily penalized for such harassment calls.
