Wow, what a bunch of liars. This company had someone call me from a blocked number saying that they were with the county and that a summons was being filed on my behalf. Needless to say I was a bit freaked out. About 10 minutes later, my boss called me to say that Alliance had called and said that I missed a court date and that they wanted to call and warn her they would be serving a warrant. I call this number (given to me by the supposed county employee that was processing my "summons") and I am told that it is "pre-litigation" department for a pay day loan I had supposedly taken out. I had never even heard of these people. I am amazed that this can happen. Watch out for these people. They even lied about their website and said that it was www.alliancelegalgroup.com but when I called the number on the website, they said they didn't know who these people are. Sad.
