[***] Ruben and Yates tryin to get money from bogus claims from State Farm Insurance. When I ask for a crash report saying that I was at fault or even a traffic citation they can't produce anything, I'm sorry no ticket no report =no claim and no money from me!

These SOB's called saying tomorrow afternoon, they were filing a suit against my son for fraud and were calling for a character witness...wanted to hear both sides of the story....was it intentional or just an honest error on his part.  Said 'it appeared' he lied regarding his W2 and they have to hear from him or his counsel before tomorrow afternoon.  Very empathetic and 'caring'. What they were looking for was a concerned mother who would 'save' her son.  What they didn't bank on was a savvy mother.

Michael Rentoul implied he was the 'Head of Legal' for Chase Manhattan Bank.  Hmmmm, I thought it was "Morgan Chase'.  

These guys play on parental caring and the innate protection a parent feels for their children.  DO NOT fall for this BS.

Folks, L is right, legit attorneys DO NOT call you up the day before filing a lawsuit. It's an extortion scam.

they called my mother same as above post asking for a character reference.  Told my mom that it was going to court tomorrow for fraud.  She then called me,and I called.  A few things tipped me off there was something wrong.
1.  When the "receptionist" answered she answered with "hello".  No stating the name of business.
2.  I asked for such and such from the legal dept and she asked me "the legal dept?"
3.  Once I got to the guy he said that he didn't know why they would say he called, and that they "Chase bank" was already attaching my wages, but they were going to attach for a full 25%"

This is a scam from start to finish.  He wanted me to send him 1000.00 USD to settle account now or pay 4200 via wage garnishments.   Good luck with that.  

His name was Michael something, and if you or a loved one gets one of these calls don't fall for it.  This is not the proper channel for executing collection of debt.
