This is eHealthInsurance. This was not a solicitation call.

This was a return call from eHealth to provide a status on my healthcare application.  Not a scam or solicitation.  I would have appreciated it if they left a message but it must be a robo call.  I did call back and was able to retrieve a message left for me in their system regarding my healthcare application.

I didn't answer because caller ID was "Toll Free Caller".  If it were eHealthinsurance, I wish they would have identified themselves or left a message.  This caller did neither.  I guess the call wasn't important.  I'll continue to monitor their site in case they want to communicate with me.

As noted above this was eHealth Insurance with an automated message about the application that I submitted. I suspect the system does not leave messages because of privacy concerns. The system asked if I was "Duke" and I had to press 1 before the system would continue to provide me with the status of my application.

Called but left no message. I see from other comments that this number, which showed up on my CID as “Unavailable” is from eHealthinsurance.  No one in this household applied for insurance with that company nor does anyone have insurance through that company.

Reading these posts,I was confused because no one here applied for any health insurance, or has anything to do with that company.  CID just shows TOLL FREE CALL.  So I called the number back after they called AGAIN today, which had gone to VM, with no message left, as usual.  The number belongs to Kinder Care, some kind of educational materials business.  I asked why they keep calling me and was told it was spam and their number is being spoofed.  She also said that authorities are aware of it and trying to stop it, without luck so far.

Didn't leave a message but never applied for any health insurance so no reason for someone like that to call me. I'll say it's a scammer.

IS AN UNSOLICITED MARKETING CALLER. Unknown caller, so never answer or call back. Other sites list this # as insurance scam robocall.  If we never answer or call back unknown numbers, these scams will dry up and die, just sayin’ …
