Phoned this evening. Call ID said Customer Service. Picked up and hung up.

Foreign accent person said they were from Card Services and wanted to lower my interest rate on my credit card.  The problem is when you say ok, I'd like a lower rate, they ask for your card number.  If this was really my credit card company, wouldn't they already know my number?  I suspected a scam and hung up

got call from e-health insurance about how obamacare will affect my current health plan. they provided URL for their site to check what action I need.

This line is owned by eHealth, Inc. or its subsidiary eHealth Insurance, Inc.  I am about to file a lawsuit against them and am trying to gather evidence about their telemarketing practices.  If I am successful, we may be able to stop them from harassing people like you and me with constant phone calls.
