Just got ANOTHER message from these people: "Hello Ms R this is Ms Jacobs with the processing dept with paramount. There is a case in our office set to be filed in **** county court. At this point in time since we've not received any correspondence from you I can only assume that you are forfeiting your legal right to seek a voluntary dismal of your case. However if you would like to contact my office to obtain full details you do still have the legal right to do so, however once your case is discharged from my office all legal rights are forfeited. The next step will be to contact your direct supervisor to verify protocol to have these documents served on the grounds of your job once they are filed through frank county.  You can contact my office at 877-731-4359 x108 refer to claim # ******-****. This will be our final attempt to reach you regarding this case. The next step is to contact your employer and speak with your supervisor to obtain the protocol to have these doc served on the grounds of your job since we do not have a verified home address."

TOTAL SCAM!!! I haven't received ANYTHING in writing from this company nor have they "served" me yet...they have been leaving this message on my cell and work voicemail for WEEKS...since I've lived and worked at the same places for over 10 years I'm not hard to find...
