Called and had a "no caller ID" label on the call. Obviously some kind of a collector, probably not a legitimate one. Sounds like an old, time barred debt.

Caller stated my first last name and said i needed to call him before he makes his recommedation he said 6pm he would be in office till. No name unknown number could be a collector

I had the same experience. Left a VM, said his name was Greg Caster and that I need to call him by 6pm before a decision was made on a complaint and he left a complaint number. The number he called from was 929-238-6992 which you will find on the Scam Alerts website.
