Called and asked for a very bad mispronunciation of my last name and hung up when I told them no one by that name (which is true given how they pronounced it) is at this number and asked who they were.

I called back using *67 and got this:

"Thank you for calling state processing. All of our agents are assisting other clients. You can leave a message or call Mcgavern and Polk directly at 877-733-4131."

*67 does not work when calling toll free numbers.

I too received multiple calls from the same number, stating they are going to summons me to court if I don't call back with Ref # given by them.

Called saying they're going to summon me.  I don't owe any creditors so no reason so not sure why they're calling

Told me I owe something from 2013-2018

Is this real and was very mean

Told me I owed a debt on an account that was closed 10 years ago! She was rude and mean. I told her to send me the summons and I would forward it to my attorney. She hung up 🤣

Same experience as others. I don’t have anything in collections and my bills are paid on time. It’s a little disconcerting that they stated my home address. I do know that processes servers don’t announce that they are going to serve you. They just show up.
