Consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or so. If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.

For text messages: forwarding any text message spam you get to the short code  “7726,” which spells “spam” on most phones, to alert your network operator to the abuse. ATT won't accept 7726 But they will accept BLOCK and return a message that the web site is blocked. forward the texts to 7726 or BLOCK, depending on your phone carrier.

Big scam. After not been able to get me to answer their calls, now they are emailing and asking to update a Beyond the Rack account so I could get my $20 credit owed to me. I don't have any such acct with BTR. These people have more than your home number, they have your cell and email address. The FCC is not interested in helping anybody. I bet they don't get scammers calls. They only take care of their own.  Try and find a number or an email for the FCC director anywhere in the internet, no one can.

That has been discussed and because of liability reasons and because it will be abused by posters the drop down menu will stay as it is.

The FCC has no law enforcement powers, that comes from the FTC and the DOJ.  And the director of the FCC's e mail is readily available on their web site, which you would have seen had you taken the time.  Maybe if you had done some research before posting you would have found your answers, or even if you had read Tamianth's post right above yours.
