West Lake Financial collection agency. It's rule to this collecting game and they clearly make up rules which are against the law. Make a complaint against West Lake

Asked for employee.  I asked if this was business or personal.  He said business.  I told him then I can help him.  He said that he couldn't give any info on acct if I was not the person.  I told him that I was their employer and if this was indeed a business call, then I can help them.  He apologized for the call and hung up.

Yep, Westlake Management for a car payment.  They will begin calling you 4x a day, using a couple different phone numbers, starting with the day that your payment is due, which is annoying.  Pay at least a day ahead of time and they won't bother ya.  On the positive side, they're pretty good to deal with for the most part.

What the hell is going on? I got this loan thru Jeff wyler and Jeff Wyler set everything up.. Did Jeff Wyler rip me off?

Calls are legal on Sunday for 3rd party debt collectors.  This is an original creditor and not regulated in 45 states.  It looks to be a sub-prime lender.

I have received multiple calls from Westlake Financial Services about debt collections. My wife and spoke with them a few months ago about trying to get a loan. We gave them our account info over a VERY bad cell connection and were approved but when we went their website we couldn't make an account or get logged in. We decided to put off dealing with them after reading that they may not even be legitimate and that there have been complaints to the Better Business Bureau about them. They are not certified by the Better Business Bureau. WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY MONEY FROM WESTLAKE FINANCIAL (since we couldn't get into the website to sign any of the forms), but we are still getting calls from them from multiple different numbers months later TRYING TO COLLECT PAYMENTS ON A LOAN THAT WE NEVER RECEIVED. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCAMMERS.

There was no reason to post the exact same thing twice.  The BBB does not certify businesses.  Businesses can purchase accreditation and thus get a better rating.  Complaints about a business pretty much mean nothing unless there is a pattern to them.  It looks like they provide auto loans so you would have had to purchase a vehicle at which time you would have signed that paperwork.  If you did not purchase a vehicle then they would not have paid any money out.  My suggestion would be to send them a certified, return receipt letter.  I would also check your credit reports.
