    It is the contact number for a company sending out supposed "payment reduction notification" for mortgage loans.  It looks like one of the many scams that proliferate America today.  It comes with a form with numbers and statements about loan status and talks about how there are various ways to qualify for reduction.

    Got a letter and phoned this number, the lady who answered had children in the back ground.  Says they will send me forms and call me back to on "Payment Reduction" and "Principle Reduction" feels and looks like a Scam!

    Received letter and called.  Option one, stay in the house for up to three years for only $585 per month and the mortgage companty can't do anything.  Option two, sign up to have a third party arrange a short sale.  The letter head is PO Box 688,
    Poway Ca 92074.  Form 012-S Economic Stimulus Mortgage Notification.  The letter says they are a national non-profit home counseling organization.
