This number has called my grandmothers house several times looking for me. Says I listed her number as form of contact on some legal papers. I don't even know my grandmas number so how would I do that? Who are they and what do they want?

These people called my mom saying they had a legal complaint against me. They gave her a case number and said I had 24 hours to call this number 877-740-8374 or they would serve me at my work or home. I knew right away it was a scam. My mother is 70 years old and I would never leave her number as a reference or contact number.  She doesn't have caller id so I am not sure what number they called from.

My stepdaughter got a call for me from 877-740-8374 saying I owed them money. I never used her as a reference either. I'm going to call them and see who they are if I can. Will post an update.;

called for my cousin in another state whom I have never lived with ever, said it was a legal matter, told them shes not here i cant call her or know where she is , FL or even NC. three weeks later they called for like a week straight. It is illegal for them to harrass me and call me like that and its not like its a big corporation either someone can remove my number but they didnt. I am filing a complaint

This number 877-740-8374 called my brother in-laws parents claiming that I used them as a reference on loan documents. This a BLATANT LIE! I don't even know there phone numbers nor would I EVER use them a a reference. They are threatening court summons and criminal fraud charges if I didn't call back and resolve the matter in 2 hours I would have a failure to appear to court and that that phone message was my offical summons. DON'T THINK SO.
