addressed to my adult son, caller stated a claim number, asked for address confirmation so as to present "promo" item and that a firm had a complaint against him and to call the 877# to discuss complaint, then emphasized that he had been notified.

I received the same message as Charles did only addressed to my mom.  He said his name was Adam Banks.  I called that number they answer Central Services.  I asked them if they were a collection agency and what kind of claims they handle the lady on the phone refused to answer any of my questions

I received a call from 904-257-8822.. I answered, asked for a name, And where they were calling from. Tried to say there is A claim, and I asked for what , where are they calling from. Still didn't want to say. Called me again, after they didn't want to identify themselves and I hung up. Proceeded to call two more times after I already asked to stop calling.  Blew a relatives phone up while at work, and even left her A whole voicemail and told the person they were calling for to call back this number. 877-740-9587 .
When I called it's some lady saying I've reached "central services " and to leave claim ID and I'll get A call back. No. TELL ME WHO YOU are and what you are calling for. Otherwise do not blow up a relatives phone and leave a whole voicemail to someone that's not even on "your claim". PS.Try again
