I am so grateful for this because my step dad received the same message and was very worried.

Left message they tried to serve me a summons and recommended I call them to resolve it.  No attempt was made as there were no visitors on the Ring camera.

Received call last night from MIDDLESEX COUNTY PROCESS SERVER. (862) 428-2686 and they left a message.  They also called my daughter moments later and they left the same message.  The message asked for me and explained that they had court papers that they needed to give to me.  They said they had tried to deliver to a address and were not successful.  The gave me case number 413-1620 and told me to call ATTORNEY TAYLOR WILSON at the direct number 877-958-5764.  They told me that there is a case against me in which "SOMEONE IS ATTEMPTING TO SUE ME" and that I should call immediately to avoid any further legal issues.

THIS NOT ONLY SCARED ME BUT IT TERRIFIED MY DAUGHTER.  I did not sleep last night because it stressed me out so much.  I searched the name of the attorney in the area and NOTHING CAME UP IN GOOGLE SEARCH.. I also tried to search both numbers and the 862 number came up with nothing and the 877 number brought me to this page.  I am so happy I found it.  While I have done nothing to warrant any call or message of this kind, it doesn't prevent you from worrying.  THEY WANT YOU TO FEEL SCARED!!!! THIS IS HOW THESE SCUMBAGS OPERATE!!!!

Agree, this is a scam.  I just got the same call but from 830-971-3535 (Eagle Pass, TX) to my cell# but they left a message for a unknown person named Stacey Davis saying that they were calling from the Contra Costa County Process Server division (no such division) (Contra Costa County is in northern California) and that a court case had been filed against a Stacey Davis and for a case # that doesn't exist and to call back the attorney on file, a Wilson Taylor.   I did not call back but did a Google search and found your report and the others reporting the same scam.  Stay safe everyone!

Got a message said unable to serve me with the address  they have on file.  calling was an Aubrey Bennet for Wilson Taylor the lawyer regarding a CV CODE. CIVIL Violation ?   desperate people do desperate things

I got the same message a few days ago telling me to call the same number 877-958-5764. Scam all the way!!!

Mine said the lawyer was Charlie Adams.

I received a call from these people in December 2024. The guy who left the voicemail said his name was Richard. As some of you have mentioned, the call was supposedly about a summons that was not able to be delivered. The caller stated that he was calling from the County Processor's office...uhm, what County? The contact attorney's name mentioned was none other than...Wilson Taylor. The call back number provided was 877.741.0201. However, the envelope information provided a telephone number with a 943 area code, which is a new area code for the Atlanta, GA area.

A female called me first, but the call came up as spam.  Then, 10 minutes later she called my son and said she was a process server for attorney Wilson Taylor and that I have a case #4134507 pending.  I'm to call TX # 866-497-7684.  She also gave a AL # 205-855-4561.  I looked up these numbers and they say they're from Franzinger Lancaster Management Services - Miami-Dade County pavers for the school system.  All of the above people received calls from supposed attorney Wilson Taylor so don't give ANY INFORMATION - this is a spam call that is trying to find someone to be dumb enough to give info on the person they're calling about.  Calls are from all over the USA and there is NO attorney named WILSON TAYLOR IN MY STATE OR IN TX.

Wow Wilson Taylor is a famous attorney! Not!! This scammer used the number  888-959-6929 they should be caught!

I got a call from a different number with the same SCAM. I got a call from a woman, (408) 785-7492 , saying she had papers to serve me for a Civil Lawsuit.  She gave me a phone number to call, (888) 959-6929 , for Wilson Taylor attorneys. She also gave me a fake case number.  I found a website for Wilson Marshall & Taylor in Danville. I didn't click on their website because it has NO https: security on it. That is a big red flag.
