They spam craigslist in the housing section with offers of rent-to-own properties.  You call the number and they try to sell you a "list" of home going in to foreclosure and promises of contacting the owner for $130.
they also have a website at vipoptions.com

Does this service work?  I would like to know before I spend my money on it? If you know, please advise.

This phone number 877-348-5287 is definitely associated a company that is perpetrating a scam. They want $130.00 with no concrete guarantee that you will ever actually be able to rent a house at the prices they quote. VIPOPTIONS.COM

Everything mentioned here is true, but every good scam deserves another. Just call the number as often as you can and hang up when they pickup or better yet just keep them busy on the phone with the same BS they give you.
