Received a call from this number. Don't know who it is. They didn't identify themselves during their message, but told us to call a different number. Yeah, I don't think so....

I am getting calls from a debt collector using this number.  However, when I try to find the business on-line or in the yellow pages, I cannot find it.  Monarch Law Offices.  Also cannot find this number in any 800 reverse look-up.  Can't tell if they are legit.

It's a scam!

I am wondering if you are still getting calls from Monarch Law Offices? I recently got a letter from them, and since no one has sent me to collections, I am wondering if this is a scam. How did this play out for you?

Scam related to Points across america. Point across america is a scam and the "monarch law firm" are misrepresenting themselves as "collectors"

They call me at least 3 times a day.  They do not leave messages and I do not answer.  I am saving my bills, though, to prove harrassment.

Getting calls from this number to my home phone and cell phone with one word messages (so no message). Got bill/letter from Monarch Law Offices for collection on bill that is not owed. Received settlement in Class Action Law Suit regarding Stores Online. Claim they are collecting for Stores Online.

I got a call from them now asking about dental work I had performed in another state 5 years ago.  I noticed it was on my credit report last year even though I paid them in full at the time of the procedure.  I disputed it on the credit report, and it was removed.  I told the guy on the phone all this, and he asked me to email the "dispute department" with my case number.  I thought it was a scam while we were talking, but just to give them the benefit of the doubt (since I really did use the dentist) I emailed the dispute.  Well, surprise surprise, it came back as undeliverable, name not known.  I guess he got scared since I had it removed from my credit report.

I also received a letter from them saying that I owe something in Provo Utah in 2004.  I have not lived in Utah during that time.  Sounds and looks a little fishy to me. Seince it is now 2010.  I guess people will pay to save credit.  This one I will fight if it gets there.  Asked to call a other number.  As if I will feed there data base.

I have been cleaning up my credit report. All of the sudden I get a call from Monarch Law. No message left. Checked my credit report - no company listed as Monarch Law.

Called & didn't leave voicemail.  I've never heard of this company or received any type of letter from a debt collector stating they were selling my account to this law firm.

I've been dealing with them alot lately. They are collecting a debt from WESTERN DENTAL.

They call me daily on my cell number. I owe nothing to anyone and have been keeping records of their daily harassment.

Showed up at Slim and Tone one day and the business was closed and building was empty.   I owed two more months ($70) on my contract but didn't know how to pay, as the usual way was to drop payment off at gym.  Didn't hear anything from anybody, and then 17 months later started getting phone calls from Monarch Law Offices saying I owed 280 dollars.  I asked why they had not sent me any bills, and they replied that they had and gave an address I had not been at for several years.  Who knows how they fot tat old address.  They call three to six times a day and when I try to tell them the story they ignore me or interrupt me and ask if I am willing to pay them. I don't think I should have the pay the attorney fees tacked on when I had no methods of paying the bill prior.  Monarch will not communicate with me in any way about the unfairness of this.

any idea how to get rid of these jerks? my friend has gotten calls from them and now hes screwed.

These people keep calling me every day. I have had identity theft committed against me. So there needs to be some effort of understanding. I am not dealing with these scammers!

they keep calling me asking for dana pettigene.  im not dana and i told them that...they said they released my phone number but they kept calling...i tried speaking with sarah and she hung up on me twice.  if this is a scam operation they need to be shut down.
