Financial Data Systems called to collect on a medical bill. Didn't know that we owed.

Called asking me to call back about an "urgent business matter."  They gave me a reference # 459285.  I returned their call.  Recording said that business hours were over & they would return my call tomorrow.

They somehow got a hold of my girlfriend's cell number and keep calling her.  Obviously a wrong number, but they keep calling over and over and over.  Its very irritating -- its a computer that calls endlessly.

Got multiples calls for Tabith Wallace...have no idea who this is.  The place is Financial Data Systems (no idea who or what they are)....I called today and they said they would not call again...we will see.  Anyone know what you can do to press charges on people who keep calling???
BTW-When I asked why they keep calling..I was told the computer will keep calling until they get a call back...This is not the only company doing this to us....I need to get it stopped!

I keep getting messages from this number saying that 'this is an important business call for...'. Obviously no one gives improtant business calls at 8:00 pm. I answered once and this guy said that is was for a medical bill payment. All of my bills are all taken care of and it's been over a year since they were processed and there is no way that anyone would contact me now in the event that I didn't pay anything.

They keep calling me for somebody who doesn't live here.  When I answer to tell them to cease and desist, they just tell me to call back the same number.  When I call that number, nobody answers.

They have been calling my phone # for the past 3 years ,Some times 3 and 4 times aday.I don't know how many times I have told them,this is not his phone # ,I am not him and they keep calling, my boss has warn me twice they are about to cause me to lose my job.They call me on my job and in church and any other time they want They have been told not to call this phone # and they keep calling, They are looking for a man named Lawrence Boyle Jr.I am not him.

keep rec'g these call s and they are very annoying to my disabled husband.  please have these calls stopped immediately.

They have been calling at  all hours of the day. The recording says "Do Not Hangup".  Once on hold you might get a person or you might just get air.  Have called the number back and did get a person,  When asked why they keep calling they hung up.  From now on I am telling them I am reporting them to the States Attorney General.  See what that will do. I did that with a similar scam company and it stopped.

They have called me 5x within 30 minutes...they don't leave voicemails

Very professional sounding man who gave his first name only, bad sign, and said it was in regards to garble garble words, another bad sign, continued to give lots of info as to when they were open, very professional sounding. I'm afraid if I call the number it will re-route me to some island in Cuba or somewhere and charge me 2K, I know this happens.  

NEVER RETURN A CALL FROM SOMEONE YOU DON'T KNOW TO HAVE BUSINESS WITH. THEY CAN RE-ROUTE THE CALL AND YOU WILL BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR A HUGE PHONE BILL!!!

Left a long message for my son!  I call back and stayed on hold for several mins.  I pressed the #4 it told me to inorder to leave a message and after several attempts it finally allowed me to leave one.

they call constantly with the recorded message. and sunday all hours during the day....this is a holiday weekend sunday,and they just called yet again..its not right. i do owe some med bills but im not paying a damn dime after being harrassed like this. my surgery was feb 3rd and the calls have been goin on since not long after. i mean, give a person a damn chance when they are goin thru medical stuff..not to mention the tons of bills i gotta go thru and sort out....WITH INSURANCE that paid a good portion, I might add.

My father is dead and they want to collect money from his estate.

This company keeps calling at 11pm at night and leaves a message and file number - this is a robocall, just a message to call back.  No legit business calls at 11 o'clock.   Wonder how did they got my name and number - after my visit to a Wilmington area ER in April?  How do I get these people off my back?  any help would be most appreciated.  (number to watch, 877-749-7229)

They use a fake name and a fake po box
there actual office is located on military cutoff rd where ever that may be
would like to know if they represent a medical dr or bought the paper
immediate report to credit agency no matter if valid or not
they will harass

this is a fake financial agency. they tried to get  me to give them my checking account number for an automatic withdrawal. when i said i will send the payment. they said it doesn't work that way, only automatic withdrawal. i said hell NO.
DO NOT GIVE YOUR INFO AWAY.
