called my elderly aunt and mother. said he was going to help get them lift chairs. he took their SSI# and DOB's. When I tried to call 877-750-5252 , i got an AT&T VoiceMail server. When i call 561-750-5252 it never rang just went to VM. Something does NOT smell right here. HELP!!!!!

GOT A CALL TO HELP ME GET A BACK BRACE. THEY CALLED BCK AND SAID THEY HAD A SCRIPT FROM MY DOC.TO OK IT. I HOPE THIS IS LEGIT.

These people have been calling me for 3 weeks .. I only have my cell phone, and I don't answer it if caller id doesn't show up.  I got something in the mail from Total eMedical, which I never requested.  One day I answered the phone when it rang, and told them NOT to call me anymore.  Just this morning, I received yet another call from them ... which I didn't answer.  Is there any way of stopping these people????????  My number IS on the do-not-call list.

Got the same call which was blocked by my Caller ID Manager (a GREAT piece of equipment available at Amazon) so the call went directly to an offsite voice mail system. The call was from an Ashley (extension 7747) at Total eMedical who said they were following up on a request from my mother from several months ago. Problem is, we/she never requested anything and she does not have the condition that they were following up on. Something is not right with this company or these calls.

Keep calling our phone.  Do not pick up.  When it goes to voice mail call disconnects.

Caller said her name was Brittany from Total eMedical. Wanted to tell me of a couple of things that were available new from Medicare.  I was immediately suspicious and did not call them back.  I will file a complaint with the Do Not Call Registry.

Normally I do not answer calls from 800 numbers, but this one caught me offguard. The caller sounded so professional so before I realized it, he had my Medicare number and supplemental insurance number. Now I am very disturbed Is there any way to stop these unscrupulous people from illegally billing Medicare and insurance companies for equipment we do not, nor do we intend to buy?

Called my cell phone, answered and they hung up.  Called # back and state it is Total eMedical.  Their site (www.totalemedical.com) states they are located in Florida.  Sorry, but I distrust ANY company that calls me from that state - it seems home to a disproportionate amount of scammers & fly-by-night companies.

I did go online to help with my Mother's diabetes medicine. My Mother was not happy with me doing that :( so I told them do not call but they continue to do so but do not answer when I pick up now. I did not give them any information other than her name.

Yes they called AGAIN this morning. Third call and is it just 9:30! I finally just answered and let Tiara start her spiel about how Medicare just approved things for me. Yes, she asked for me by name too. She started listing things and I told her to stop. I told her I get things locally, am pleased, and to please stop calling. I am on Do Not Call list and I would report them. She said thank you for my time and hung up. So we will see. :(

I received a call from them yesterday as well.  The woman I spoke with, Cathy who provided me with her full name and call back number, was very personable and knowledgeable about the products she was offering.  After speaking with her at length about a couple of my health issues, she told me about a couple of her products and gave me a website to check them out.  She did say that she would need a script from my physician and really, if she can get him to do it, I'll be happy to get the one product we discussed.  If it does what the website and she claims it does, it will help ease a LOT of the pain I live with on a 24/7 basis.  Time will tell and I'll post again after I receive the product (assuming she gets the script).

Company called me and asked if I'm on Medicare - which I am - young lady was very polite and took time to explain what she was asking me. I gave her my contact information and placed an order for a prescription medical device. My doctor's office called em to confirm that I had requested the order.  Within a few weeks time, I had the item delivered to my house.  They called again to follow up with my order.  I'm not sure how someone could really be "scammed" into giving information, I guess some people have buyer's remorse once they hang up the phone. They are an A- rating by the Better Business Bureau.

how do i know what is real and what is not.

im wondering if this is a scam or not.  they told me they have a 3-wheeled walker and i couldnt find it on their website anywhere. now im really worried.  i called the number, asked 4 the extension he told me and a womans answering machine picked up.  went back online again and found he fone # and now im writing this email.  im going 2 call my dr and tell them that i dont want this.  i dont trust this site.

got a call and gave him (dustin) all the info that he wanted.  i cant believe i did that.  should have been done thru snail mail.  he told me it was ext. 7885.  when i called back to check this out, had a funny feeling in my gut, put 7885 in and a womans voicemail picked up (not a man) and told me 2 leave a message.,  i didnt but am going 2 call back and tell him (or her) to cancel everything.going 2 call both of my dr's and tell them not to do a thing.  im sure glad i got this site and was able to read all the feedback.

my mom did the same thing last year before she died last month. they bill your medicare/medicade and keep sending you all this medical stuff you dont need or wont fit they sent 1 lift chair, 1 thermo cooling/heating wrap around that wouldnt fit my 100 lb mother it was to small and a portable toilet that you can use in any room. and the company is drive medical located in the united kingdom. i never got the chance to tell my mom not to give out her ss# as she had some commen sence and memory problems due to an anurisuim surgery. but they have called 5 times asking for her to update her ins. cards. seeing i cancled them all when she passed away 04-20-2010
