Still trying to figure out who is calling from this number. The message is cut off at the beginning, so the introduction is not heard.

i CALLED BACK - IT'S FAIRVIEW HEALTH SERVICES... CHASING DOWN AN OLD BILL

Still should be illegal because you get a call from an unknown name and Unknown number that tells you to call back with a reference number and then asks for personal information.

If they want to act like a real business they might want to conduct their business a less fraudulant sort of manor.

We already have too many scams out there and don't need more.

They did identify themselves on the automated message as calling from the Fairview business office.  Not all numbers come up with their names on caller id for your privacy.

I have had several messages from 612-672-2492 asking me to call this number (877-756-4290) and never return the call. Today I answered the call it is automated. I will not be calling back as why would I give my personal information to a number that I am told to call with out actually knowing that it is Fairview, which I am only assuming as Don posted above. I will gladly walk into Fairview or call their normal business office and make my payments to any bills they believe I may have if I do. Not the best way to track down payments if you ask me.

I called back and they wanted personal information from me - I called the Fairview billing department and they had no idea who's number 877-756-4290 is and when I gave them my name I was told they don't have any outstanding bill in my name.

I keep getting calls from this number. The message is automated and they ask for Sean Anderson and give a ref. number.
I don't know what company it is from. This is either a scam call or someone working off an incorrect calling list.

Call comes in as "No Caller ID". I don't ever answer numbers I don't recognize. It is automated and the messages starts speaking well before the tone. What I hear is "please call our office at 877-756-4290 with reference number xxxxxxxxx. our hours are 8-5". There is no mention of who is calling me. I do have some outstanding medical bills with Fairview but I am paying them through a collection agency.

Call comes in as Toll Free - msg is cut off at the beginning. It is an automated message just like the other posts have described. If when called back they ask for personal info then it is a scam. 877-756-4290 is the number they tell me to call back and it is the number they are calling from. They gave a reference number for me to use. If it is Fairview, then they should be contacting us by mail with the issue.

This # calls every other day. It is very annoying because it is a toll free #. Why should Fairview call from a toll free number??
