These guys called with a wealth of personal information about me claiming that I owed from a car loan taken out in 2007 for a car I never owned or have any record of owning. They said it was listed on my credit report which is completely inaccurate as I regularly check my credit report and just received a home loan where I had to go over every detail of my credit report. They called me a liar when I said I didn't know anything about this debt. They also claimed to have sent paperwork to my house which is untrue. When I questioned them about the Statue of Limitations in my state they claimed it was 7 years which is also inaccurate. They hung up because they said I could just deal with it when I got my "summons" I called back to try to get their physical address to file claims with the proper authorities and they refused to provide it or to answer the phone for any of my further calls. If this company calls you please get all their info and proceed with caution as they are not operating using legal collection practices. Turn their information in to the FTC, BBB, Internet Crimes, and your state attorney general and the New York State Attorney General's office since their calls come from Rochester NY.
