They texted me today for something for my mom. I called them to tell them they had the wrong number, and they still gave me all the case information which would be very illegal if this is true. Apparently it’s an attorney/collection office? They said my mom had a loan out that never got paid, and they knew who she used to bank with, etc. They said it was a payday loan (which have been illegal in OH for years.) Don’t know how they could’ve got my number and mistaken me for her, since my phone plan is under my name. Stuff about it seems very fishy, but still might be real.

Called my cell phone and  text me from 229-270-9147 from the dispute settlement office to call 877-767-1697

Texted me to call number about some sort of dispute. Googled it. Scam so I deleted it.

My brother doesn't even have this phone number and I have had my last name legally changed from his for over 15 years.

After reading these, deleting it as a scam.
