SCAM! Received a vm saying I would be served with papers blah blah He was trying to collect on an old (discharged) personal loan saying it is delinquent and that I have committed fraud. He wound up escalating the tone of the call and ultimately hanging up on my when I was not intimidated. Scammers looking to scare people into paying them money for debts that are invalid or do not belong to them.

funny thing is in the message that is left they ask you if you need to reschedule the time they are coming out to serve papers. Who asks if you want to reschedule?  SCAM

Same exact thing happen to me!

I got the same message! They called my parents too leaving the same voicemail with them. Did they continue to call? Anyone show up? What happened?
