Not sure who this is... keep calling but only rings once and then nothing.

Who is this called my cell and didn't leave a message, an automated call leaves a message!

This number is from Cyber Defender (aka My Clean PC).  If you were unlucky enough to get involved with this company, you probably alread know that as soon as you buy anything from them, they immediately send you into a high pressure sales call telling you that you have serious problems then they begin following up with multiple daily phone calls to try and sell you further products.  The fact is, after purchasing from them, their software didn't even remove basic cookies which can be done yourself.  Any time you click on remove them, it would send you to their web site to sell more products.  My suggestion would be to avoid them in the first place.

Wish I had known this before....They are a P.I.T.butt !    And their protection can ruin your computer also!

Called them back and it was cyber defender.  Asked the person who answered to remove me from the call list and he did.  Was polite to him and he was the same to me.

Only if I'd known what I was getting into!  After reading these posts yesterday about this number, I immediately sent an email requesting a refund and to stop calling.  I got an email back telling me to try a new tactic.  I told them it slowed my computer down and did not allow me access to what I normally have access to.  And again today I got another call from them.  Is there anyway to stop them?  Didn't even answer today.

I know, I sound like a broken record.  Again with the call today.  And again I didn't answer.

They keep calling...I don't answer..don't they get it?

Cyberdefender-877-775-6911, 877-770-0215, 877-389-0215, all these numbers are cyberdefender.
I got in with them and after they went into my computer they said I had a virus.
While she was in there she turned off my internet and I could go nowhere.
I delt with them for two days and told them I would take them off my card and deny payment.
They finally gave me credit on my card. I had my computer checked and there is no virus.

I too fell for it. i just need the calls to my phone to stop. I can tell no difference on my laptop-no better, no worse. Which ultimately means, I guess, that I just p*ssed away $20 something bucks.

I emailed them several days ago to take my name off there list and to not give or sell my info to anyone. It's Easter Sunday today and they had the nerve to call me. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR MYCLEANPC.COM

I asked him how they had the nerve to call me on Easter and they replied. "It's just an automated system. You'd be suprised how many people are Jewish."

You should be able to uninstall Cyberdefender from the "Add or Remove Programs" in Windows (AoRP can be found in Control Panel) on an admin account. Doing it this way should not send you to their website at all. Cyberdefender isn't on Sunbelt's list of rogue PC security programs but I'd suggest getting rid of it. Never give any stranger who calls you access to your PC.

15 calls in 12 days. I'm glad I didn't buy their 'service' after talking to them. Now I just have to figure out how to block their phone calls. Anyone and EVERYONE that bought their service should report them to the Better Business Bureau.

I purchased this software for someone else.  Wow was that a mistake.. immediately started receiving phone calls from 877-775-6911 number - I don't answer numbers I don't know.  They never left a message.  I finally answered, and after a bit of a delay - was talking with someone.  I told I purchased it for someone else and that I don't use it myself.  I asked that they please do not call me anymore.

They haven't stopped.  The times that I answer to rip them up over harassing me, they just hang up.  Besides, it was reported from the person I purchased it for that the software is BULLSH*T!  The FREE CCLEANER does a better job.

I have no idea why I am getting calls from this number. Who are they?

I just recieved a call from this number....I never bought anything from mycleanpc.com because it was obvious they were trying to clear out my bank account by first claiming they could clean my pc for $30 by downloading their software, after the download, it directs you to call their number, to which then someone on the other side tells you TONS of things are wrong with your computer and for a small fee of about $400 they can clean your pc and keep it clean for 2 years.  Rip off artists.  If I don't get my $30 reimbursed as promised and get multiple calls, I'll be contacting the better business buerau.

This software is no good what a waste of money everytime I try to log on to the internet the cyber box comes up on my computer and takes about 10 min. to load I can't do anything until it fully loads I deleted it from my computer. Lost the money I paid but no longer have to wait to log on to my computer.
They also told me my computer had serious problems. I also suggest avoid them not a good company.
It will not help speed your computer mine run slower until I deleted the software. Good Luck to all.
