877-775-8636

I got a message from a private number telling me I have was being notified of a law suit and that I could contact the company filing the complaint at 877-775-8636.  I have looked up that number but get nothing.. any clue who they are?

I received the same message, does anyone know who this is?

Same people called for a couple of my kids.. found out both kids took pay check advanced loans a while ago, and these guys got hold of their information, been calling all their references saying they have a lawsuit against them.  We found out that its a scam, these guys asked for their social security number, bank account  and routing numbers to confirm it was the "correct accounts" they used for these loans.. however, the kids paid off their payday advance loans...

I just got a call from them too.  Googled the number and saw this.  I think they are people who are trying to geet money and scam others.  I called the court in which the person who called said this was from and the court does not have anything, my  name is not in the system at all.

They pronouced my city wrong which was the 1st red flag, then they told me to call an 877-775-8636 number.  The court verifyed if they had anything for me they would mail it.  They also said if it was legit an attorney would call me to discuss the matter, not a 3rd party.

I received a call from this number which I ignored next day I had a process server at my job serving me papers to go to court. I should have just called them back now I have a whole other problem to deal with.

I just got one of those calls............does not matter who, why or where they are from it is basically a debt collector and there has to be a debt from someone and they are using these people to get in touch with you.
Basically they would be taking you to small claims court and if you do not show then a judgement would be enetered against u on their behalf.............
If you have the $$ find out and pay it off if you do not well then I guess youou would end up with some civil judgement against you does not mean they will ever get their money if you dont have it........

I also received a phoen call from these people.  I can give you some info.  I found out an ex of mine had gotten a pay day loan into a joint checking account and I was not aware of it.  They didnt care who took out the pay day loan.  All they wanted was the person into whose account it was deposited.  I was stuck.  The original name of the company was Pay Day Services.  The collection company is a company called FFD.  The representative that has been contacting me is a man named Michael Acres.  I had no choice except to pay it.

THIS IS A PAYDAY LOAN SCAM NOT A DEBT COLLECTOR. PLEASE KNOW THAT IF YOU PAY THEM YOU ARE NOT PAYING ANY OF YOU CURRENT/PAST DEBT. CONTACT YOUR ORIGINAL CREDITORS THEY WILL CONFIRM THIS.  DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION. THE FBI IS WORKING ON THIS.

DID YOU SIGN THE CONTRACT, IF NOT YOUR NOT OBLIGATED BY LAW TO PAY NOR DID YOU BREACH ANY CONTRACT ALONG WITH THE FACT THAT PAY DAY LOANS ARE A CIVIL MATTER. ALSO MICHAEL ACRES IS THE SAME REP THAT I DEALT WITH BUT HE CLAIMED TO BE WITH MCR OR NCR. CHECK ON THE PAYDAY LOAN SCAM, I AM AFRAID YOU MAY BE A VICTIM OR ONE THAT IS WORKING WITH THIS COMPANY.
