No current idea where they are located.  There's an attorney in Los Angeles named Franklin Ferguson but he deals in civil rights cases.  Not debt collection as far as I can see.

I got a call from this same person and number, called it, got recording, stating all staff are assisting other cases.  WTH.

Just got a call saying they are from wittman Arizona and I'm seeing a lot of people got the same massage I just did stupid Alice

The number it was placed from was a company called cloudfuzed. 1-888-279-8393

In the message she left. She said she has a summon for me which she will be delivering within the next 24 to 48 hours. Gave me a number to call the filing party prior to serving. But it turns out the person who answered the phone said they are with FFA. It stands for Franklin Ferguson Associate! They are debt  collector.. so I let her talked and said good bye when she is done talking.

Got same scene weird 'm with old database info they purchased from PAYDAY loan debt list. Stated he would hunt me down.serve packet of papers with body attachment and also claimed my 83 yr old fathers home address into to case and to call 1-305-602-1700 or have our attorney call . Claims of bank fraud and other false charges. I call number left on 'm after hours and it comes back to Shultz Peterson and Bernstien Attorney offices claim dept. Caller was male also stated would have National Carriers Processing hunt me down in next 24 to 48 hours.

Received a call stating that they were from a national carrier service with legal papers and trying to convince me to call another number. I told her that I will check her number out and hung up.

So did they serve you any documents or anything like that

I got a call from someone named jones claiming that I have pending legal documentation to be sent my residence or to place of employment also that I had to end of day to call local number to stop it or if not I will have delivered to my job. That I needed to have it signed by me. Well to me it sounds very weird that someone would call to serve me some papers. From what I know if it’s really legit they won’t call you they will find you and serve it to you. So let’s see if this mrs Jones will deliver the paperwork. Anyone else experience this ?
