I just wanted to let people know that if you get a phone call from these people @ 877-776-0784 they are going against the fair debt collection act by being dishonest and saying things such as they are calling to say you won a prize, to saying they are selling magazines.
They represent credit card companies and are trying to collect debts, however they are breaking the law by the way they go after people, they will call you everyday (sometimes 2-3 times per day) so if you get a call from these numbers, donot answer their call- don't worry because they will not leave a message, and the one time they did leave a message they told me they were calling to inform me of a prize i had won...

keep getting calls from this number, no message left.  PLEASE stop them from calling.

I get a call from them once a day.  They never leave a message.  I finally called back and they said it's Capital One.

They call my home every day or every other day.  I want them to stop!  I don't answer tollfree or unknown calls and will not call them back.

I received a phone message saying something about a resume and it was an automated system, not a live person

i get theses calls every 30 minutes. they never leave a message. its capital one credit cards. I will NEVER use capital one again. they wont say who they are or what they want until theyre sure its you, and even then, they will still call back in 30 minutes.

Got a message from these clowns looking for Glenn Fernandez (nobody here by that name, never has been anyone here by that name!) and when I called back, I was asked to give them MY NAME, which I did not because whomever answered the phone would not tell me who I was calling...idiots.

I can tell ya'll what's in my wallet, and it ain't Capital One!

Keep getting calls from this number, they say they want the location of my husband, It is always the same man with a turkish accent, I see on this site that it is from capital one I have never had that credit card. When I call them back hiding my nu. it says hold on a minute and I hang up. I fill threatened by it saying they want my husbands location and they have his name and I want this crap to stop!!!!!!!!!!!!

We got a call from 877-776-0784 & they identified themselves as Capital One & said they could not process a payment they received from us but we did not send any payments. It shows up as Unknown Caller when they call. I think there is a Capital One CC company & a Capital One Nationwide Credit Collection company. We are afraid to call them back because it may be a scam.

Nationwide Incorporated - A debt collection company working to try and resolve debt on behalf of Capital One.

They are extremely rude and kept interrupting me when I told them I was already settling the debt. I finally yelled at the top of my lungs and told him i was disconnecting. I recorded the call and told them not to call me back - I can't wait until they do, so I can sue them! :)

I got a call from these people for a friend of mine.  He claimed he was calling from Nationwide Credit, which is a debt collector.  We cannot figure out how they were able to link us since she only moved here last summer AND she doesn't have any credit cards except one, which is brand new.  He asked for my friend's phone number and I told him I would not give it to him because I did not know who he was.  I think it is a scam of some sort.  What is worse is I asked the guy how he got my number and he LIED and said my friend probably used it as a contact number.  

I am so sick of these phone calls and scam artists!

i keep getting calls from them. they always say its a personal buisness matter an i always say im not the person they are looking for and he doesnt live here and may i take a message for him they will never say what its about and for why or what.. to let you know after a while espescialy if you tell them to stop calling they will sell the debt to another collection agency or just change there name an number and start calling again. there is no escape from them in reality.  they have many many different avenues to get around the laws.WE DONT ...remember the goverment is on there side..who do you think gives the huge ammounts of money it takes to run for office to the democrates an the republicans. to get laws passed in there favor. the only chance you have is to declare bankruptcy or go pass the 5 year limit they have to collect the debt. it changes from state to state but most are 5 years.after that your free n clear.

I got a call from them, they didn't leave a message, but from what I read they are Nationwide Credit.  I settled a debt a long time ago and I think they are trying to collect what they discounted.  I don't answer.  They will also call from local numbers too.

I've recieved a series of messages from people leaving the following messat:
