It keeps calling with a local name, Conn's HomePlus. I don't answer and it doesn't leave messages. I called it back once and it immediately went to a hang-up sound.

No message left, I called it back and a woman answered and said the call would be monitored.

Conns Home Plus collections. They keep calling me looking for someone I have never heard of. I tell them I have never heard of this person but they continue to call.

Certified, return receipt "not me" letter.

They called me 33 times so far in the past 10 days from this number & a few others & never leave a message. They show up as Conn’s Homeplus. I have never heard of Conn’s Homeplus, therefore have never purchased anything from them.

Well, you could enjoy getting the calls as I am sure they will not stop and then at some point it will be turned over to a debt collector who will do the same thing.  Or, you could use the solution that was previously posted in this thread.  Your choice.

Gotten a call from this number every week day 1/27/20 - 2/4/20 (today). No message left. No matching business comes up in a web search. Going to block.

Yup same here I been receiving many calls from this Conn's homeplus and I keep blocking them but they keep calling from different numbers. so annoying.
