recieved a call saying they were from capitol one mastercard to increase credit. wouldn't speak to them called capitol one and they said it was not them.

I received an email from capital one asking me to call this number to get a credit increase.  I called the number on my card instead and it was from capital one, they put me through to the right line instead of calling this number.

it was them i got the same call and i called back and they said yes they sent email reminding u of the offewr to increase limit
