Received a scam mailing from this company on a pink postcard advertising "Please call us back regarding your past due credit card payment" with my name on the address.  Funny thing is, I have perfect credit and no outstanding credit card debt.  The company advertises this phone number as their "Settlement Department" and I find this a dishonest way to gather calls from people concerned about debt.

In small print it reads:  Distributed and solicited by New World Financial Solutions LLC, 215 East Waterloo Road, Suite 4, Akron, OH 44319

I got the same pink card as mentioned above. SCAM

I received the same postcard and was so frustrated by it that I decided to call the number.  It went straight to an automated message apologizing for the mailer and claiming that the company had purchased an incorrect mailing list.  They did give you an option to speak to a representative about it, but I declined.  I'm guessing they got their hands slapped for this one.

I think this company should be sued.  They put this incorrect derogatory info on a post card and send out through the mail for all to see.  This is a violation of the law, they should be held accountable.
