They keep calling me telling me that they are going to send a processer to my job or home, but when i ask them to send me a validate letter they told me that they didn't have to.  How do i find out more about this group.

Keep calling my work about a case number and say I have officially been notified.
Lady's name was CC Jones, didn't say the name of the company.

This company Claims they are Called Century Group. They left me a message and told me that I have one chance to correct my issue becuase once I get served with papers there is nothing they can do. I got scared and called back spoke to some lady and she told me that I have a past debt and I can be processed on fraud charges for a pay day loan I wasnt able to pay back due to ending up homeless with my 4 children shortly after. Then today this local number called me and she said she wanted to know if I was home because she wanted to serve me with paper. I called the company back Gave them my bank card number and made a payment plan for $350.00 but they were originaly charging me $550.00 and said there was a processing fee attached. so they took off $200.00 off . HOW NICE OF THEM? GOD I was so stupid and actually got scammed.  I also got called by a local number 407-442-3627 and they said they are trying to serve me with papers. I called the number back and it goes to a recording that says the department of investigations is not accepting phone calls. [***]. I wont get caught like that again. Im going to report them to the FTC. and im going to call the district attorney and report them.
