The company identified themselves as nationwide locator.  They called themselves "Nationwide."  They said they were "locating" me for a companywho was suing me for breach of contract and fraudulently stopping a check.  This was actually an ACH preauthorized debit.  They said they were trying to serve me papers related to this.  I believe this is just a scam to scare you into paying a debt with inference to "criminal activity."  Don"t fall for it

they called my moms and my job , but asked for my dad at first and my dad pasted last year can only imagine how my mom felt !!!!!!! i can kill them for that.....

Cant find anything on-line about Nationwide Locators. Dont look like they are legit.

You can not be served by phone, they are playing Jedi mind tricks to get you to pony up the money from their scam. Do not fall for it.
