Left a message saying

They left a message:  this is an urgent message for … regarding file # … Lady said her name was Aaliyah Lopez and she is contacting me about a matter forwarded to her office for consideration of legal action including filing a lawsuit and/or complaint with the court. To discuss these pending charges against you, you will need to immediately contact the firm at 877-782-9512. This is a time sensitive matter for you.  If they do not receive a response and they mat be forced to proceed without your participation.  All my calls are also being logged and submitted as proof that all of us were made to notify you in a timely manner.  Straight up BS because I do not have any past due accounts of any kind. I called and gave the file number but refused to give my name. I said you called me so you have my name, then told Aaliyah that I am recording the call also as is my right. She said that if I didn’t give her my name then they couldn’t discuss it with me. I asked for the name of the alleged firm and she skirted the question. She said well we will just send you something. I said “Fine, mail it to me”. She hung up…lol.

Yep, I got the same call.  Handled it the same way.  People suck.
