The message started out automated saying 646 then a woman with a very nasty tone in her voice started talking aggressively loud saying “ I’M TRYING TO REACH YOU AGAIN !! She doesn’t say who she is or what company she works for .

I've been getting the same message except it's for a family member.  The woman's tone is very rude I agree

Same message...very hateful message left. I AM TRYING TO REACH YOU AGAIN

I received same call, i let it go to vm, its a woman trying to sound authoritative, said trying to reach you again. It's most likely another scam.
If they can't  provide a company name, not answering.
