Private number said calling on behalf of DND law services asking if legal docs were sent. Obviously not. Asked why he was calling on a private number and guy said because it's his personal number. He doesn't use company phone. He stated he was doing me a favor by giving me a heads up and stating that documents would be delivered to me. Didn't ask for current address. I asked if there was a merchant or dept collector associated with documents and he stated he didn't know what I was talking about. He did have my last 4. Asked me to give him full social for verification. Don't think so. SCAM!!!!

If he called on "on a private number" where does this toll-free number come into it? And yes, this is a scam since real process servers don't call in advance.

He gave me the 877-790-0203 number to call since he was calling on their behalf.
