Called twice in the last two days, I did not answer, and they did not leave a message.

Same here.  Called me three days in a row.  I didn't answer and they didn't leave a voicemail.

Acurian health survey line/

Acurian does clinical research studies where they solicit volunteers with specific medical conditions for treatment studies.  They pay you for your time and the treatments are free.  Usually they are calling you because you participated in an online survey and qualified for their study.  They also solicit volunteers through classified and TV ads.  They are a reputable company as far as I know (Im not associated with them).

Thomas is correct. Legitimate. I just called them back and it was for a clinical trial I had expressed interest in awhile back. There was a delay in the trial and now they are ready to move forward so they wanted to make sure I was still interested.

I received a call as well. Did not answer and No message was left.  If they are a legitimate company I don't see why they don't leave a message.
