Calls at work. Recorded message, so by the time it actually rings after going through our welcome message on the phone systems, all I hear is "qdsontheweb.com." Went on the website, have no idea what it's for. It's a log-in portal with the title "Quality Digital Solutions."

QDS on the web is the website used by Konica Minolta. If you have a business copy machine from Konica Minolta you will receive calls from them.

it's a bill processing company Konica out-sources.  They call and put the customers on hold for a while until "next available representative can assist you."  Well, call us when you are ready to talk - don't put "valuable customers" on hold.  Extremely rude and bad system.  a CS actually said to me "how may I help you?"  are you kidding me?  you are the one who called me.

This is a HORRIBLE company!  I wish I would have NEVER EVER EVER signed a contract with them!!!!

CID showed TOLL FREE CALL - I answer and am greeted by a recording telling me to hold for an important message from. . . I hung-up.  You called me.  Don't reply with a freaking recording telling me to hold when you freaking call me!  Glad to see from other posters it was nothing important.

Caller ID shows 877-805-3694 - answered incoming call on business line.  Automated message repeatedly saying to hold for a very important call......then Robo Martin comes on telling me he's from leasing services and we haven't paid our lease.  We don't lease anything here.  Scammer robo call ....... more and more and again and again.

Caller ID says 800 Services. Recorded message says it is "Avaya Health" calling about an unpaid bill, followed by instruction to press 1 to make a payment. Avaya is not a vendor of ours. To date, every single call we have received from "800 Services" has been a scam like this one.
