I've filed at least 16 complaints with the FCC and guess what they've done....absolutely nothing! These thieves will admit they are a scam. They will laugh at you, insult you because they can. I've been getting these faxes for almost 3 years. the opt out number is phony. They always change the reservation number  and lately they started using other companies logos. Like American Airlines, Hilton etc. Now there's like 10 companies so I sat down and called each one of them and told them the logo is being used fraudulently. What a waste of time. From all the posts I see on line they've been doing this a long time and to a lot of people.  Why can't they be stopped?

The FCC will not do anything about these type of faxes.  They originate from overseas and they have no legal recourse against those.  I have reported many of the junk faxes, and I would say that about 90% have decreased or disappeared that they can act on.  So please report the one's that you can, and be diligent about it.  It does work, but takes some time to really notice the decrease.

Called them and got information sounded great.  Called Delta directly to confirm its authenticity and Delta said that they have nothing in the reservation code DELTA757 and that they have no way of confirming this promotion.  Delta also said that their promotions never go through fax, but through e-mail.  So I called the 877-807-7608 back and said that I had called previously before.  The operator asked who I talked to before and started telling somebody else what I had said.  He than hung up on me without saying a word.  LOL this is a very obvious scam!

well apparently I am not the only one who has been taken by this company. We just set travel plans for the summer in July 28 to Aug 5th. When we booked the tickets we were told that our stay would be a Sandals Jamaica and that we could use these tickets anytime within the next 18 months. As soon as we bought our plane tickets we called the company to confirm our travel dates and were told that there is no reservations being made at this time to Jamaica. Jay, the customer service manager said to us that due to homeland security issues that they were not booking any trips to Jamaica. This was thirty minutes after we got off the phone with their company and had made our reservations.

Bottom line is that this company is a scam... They call themselves corporate travel program or planning

Cancun luxury travel is the booking agency in which they will steal you money. Don't give them any information. They promise the world and give you nothing after they receive you money.

If you would like to support the legislation against fraudulent travel companies and if they have taken your money and would like to sue them in court conact me at the address below.

I just did the same thing, but then decided to go with my gut and told them i would not be purchasing.  They still had my card number so i called my bank to let them know and also had them put a temporary suspension on the card.  I also called Mark Kelly back to let him know that I was going to let my entire corp (we are very big) know so that we could avoid this happening to anyone else and told him that the card was cancelled.

MY HUSBAND AND I WERE LOOKING FOR A TRIP THAT WE COULD AFFORD AS I AM UNABLE TO WORK, FOR OUR 25TH WEDDING ANNIVERSARY AND WHEN THIS CAME UP IT LOOKED LEGIT.  I CALLED THE NUMBER AND GOT THIS NICE GENTLEMAN "MARK KELLY" I CONFIRMED AT LEAST 4 TIMES THAT THE TOTAL PRICE FOR THE STAY WAS $238.00 FOR THE TWO OF US AND EACH TIME I GOT THE SAME ANSWER YES MAM THAT IS THE TOTAL.  WHEN I TOLD HIM IT WAS FOR OUR 25TH HE SAID MAY I RECOMMEND JAMAICA OR HAWAII AS THEY ARE QUIETER AND MORE FOR ADULTS, HE THEN SAID HE WAS UPGRADING US TO OCEANFRONT AT NO CHARGE AS IT WAS OUR ANNIVERSARY.  I THEN WAS TRANSFERRED TO THE BOOKING AGENT SHE SAID THE TOTAL TO BE CHARGED WAS $400.00 I SAID NO MARK HAD TOLD ME IT WAS $119.00 ea THAT'S $238.00 SHE TRANSFERRED ME BACK TO MARK AND HE CONFIRMED OUR PACKAGE WAS $119.00 ea AND SHE MUST BE DRUNK AND DOESN'T KNOW HER JOB I WAS PUT ON HOLD FOR A COUPLE OF MINUTES AND THE RECONNECTED WITH THE BOOKING WOMAN SHE EXPLAINED THE $400.00 WAS FOR OUR PACKAGE TIPS NOT TO EXCEED $99.00 pp TAXES AND TRANSACTION FEE, I FIGURED OK ITS STILL AFFORDABLE SO I GAVE HER OUR CC INFO.  THEY SENT ME A DOCUSIGN TO SIGN AND SEND BACK SO THE LINKS TO THE RESORTS COULD BE SENT TO US IT HAD A NOTE AT THE TOP THAT A NUMBER OF THE RESORTS WOULD HAVE AN UPGRADE CHARGE, MARK HAD TOLD US THAT ONLY IF WE BOOKED DURING THE HOLIDAYS EG CHRISTMAS THERE WOULD BE AN UPGRADE I SAID THAT WAS'NT A PROBLEM BECAUSE WE WOULD BE TRAVELLING IN OCTOBER, THE DOMINICAN REPUBLIC PUERTO VALLARTA MAYAN RIVIERA & PLAYA DEL CARMEN CANCUN CABO BAHAMAS BUT NO JAMAICA AND NO HAWAII.  AT THE BOTTOM OF THE LINKS IT HAD THE 1-855-883-1865  FOR BOOKING NUMBER  AND YOU CANT BOOK MORE THAN 6 MONTHS OR LESS THAN 45 DAYS IN ADVANCE.
I CALLED A NUMBER OF TIMES TO SPEAK TO OUR BOOKING AGENT DEBBIE PRYOR WHO APPARENTLY IS A BOOKING MANAGER AND WAS TOLD SHE WAS EITHER ON THE PHONE JUST STEPPED OUT OR SHE WAS'NT IN AND I LEFT A NUMBER OF MESSAGES AT LEAST TWO WITH A WOMAN NAMED JESSIE ON MONDAY AUGUST THE 18TH I FINALLY GOT A CALL BACK FROM DEBBIE SHE WAS CALLING TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS I HAD AND TO CONFIRM TRAVEL, THE CONVERSATION WENT ON AND SHE SAID FOR THE RESORT WE CHOSE THERE WAS A $375.00 UPGRADE FEE PLUS $99.00 pp FOR TIPS PLUS $50.00 EACH WAY FOR AIRPORT SHUTTLE AND ON DAY 2 OF YOUR STAY YOU MUST ATTEND A 90 MINUTE TIMESHARE PRESENTATION, I SAID NO WE ARE NOT INTERESTED IN THAT AT ALL AND I EVEN CALLED AND ASKED IF WE HAD TO ATTEND AND THEY SAID NO, SHE SAID THAT IS ONE OF THE REQUIREMENTS FOR THE DEAL UNLESS YOU GO TO ONE OF THE RESORTS THAT DON'T REQUIRE THAT SO I LOOKED INTO THEM AND THEY ARE ALL FLEA BAG MOTELS.
SO HEAR WE ARE OUT $400.00 AND WE HAVE NO 25TH ANNIVERSARY GETAWAY AFTER ALL.  I CAN'T BELIEVE I FELL FOR THIS BECAUSE I'M USUALLY VERY CAUTIOUS ABOUT THINGS LIKE THIS BUT IT ALL SOUNDED SO REAL AND WE WERE SO EXCITED ABOUT GETTING AWAY FOR A FEW DAYS.
