Someone may have been trying to access your online bank account. I was logging into my Bank of Hawaii account today from a new computer and I received a call from this number to get an access code so that I could log in.
Unless you are actively trying to access your online account, and you request a call for a code to log in DO NOT GIVE ANY PERSONAL INFORMATON OUT over the phone.

It is an official call from Bank of Hawaii. Whenever your ip address changes or you login from a different device than what you had previously been, the system will send you a code via phone that you need to type into the login process when accessing your account.  You will then be asked to change your password as a precaution.

this is new security system, when you log into your online banking, it will ask if you want the code to go to text or phone call, not a scam in 2015.

It may or may not be the Bank of Hawaii. I tagged it as spam and did not nor will not answer, as I had not logged into the bank. The bank does not answer its customer service line either 808 643-3888 except with a non-responsive robot recording. I going to start looking for another bank.

Yes I got the same thing with the voice mail and all. Some scammer is using the banks legit # to scam. The +1 is a dead give away that the call is coming from out side the United States. How they can use the banks # is the question.
