- Jim replies to JohnSomeone may have been trying to access your online bank account. I was logging into my Bank of Hawaii account today from a new computer and I received a call from this number to get an access code so that I could log in.
Unless you are actively trying to access your online account, and you request a call for a code to log in DO NOT GIVE ANY PERSONAL INFORMATON OUT over the phone. - MarkYes this is Bank of Hawaii's way to verify you adding a new device (iPad/iPhone/etc) to access your account.

- MarkIt is an official call from Bank of Hawaii. Whenever your ip address changes or you login from a different device than what you had previously been, the system will send you a code via phone that you need to type into the login process when accessing your account. You will then be asked to change your password as a precaution.

- Kauai50this is new security system, when you log into your online banking, it will ask if you want the code to go to text or phone call, not a scam in 2015.

- SanIt may or may not be the Bank of Hawaii. I tagged it as spam and did not nor will not answer, as I had not logged into the bank. The bank does not answer its customer service line either 808 643-3888 except with a non-responsive robot recording. I going to start looking for another bank.
