Unwanted fax from Ball Marketing on cruises/resort deals.
Already know that the number posted at the bottom of these nuisances does no good.

I stupidly assumed that since this fax was recieved at work that it was an honest travel offer.  I was planning a trip for my best friend and I and this sounded perfect.  Well, long story short.  I paid them $300 "to book my vacation".  That ended up being a fee to get a membership.  EVERYTIME I call any of their contact numbers I get the run around a number that is always busy.  I am upset that I lost $300 dollars.  Lesson learned.  These people are CROOKS!!!

I agree with the girl above. Unfortuantley, I lost alot more than that. Again, because it came through a fax at work I thought that it was liget but guess what it's the biggest SCAM ever. I tried to book a vacation when I received my packet and it was not what they promised at all. I called back to speak with the Manager and he was at lunch, then on another line, then out the office etc. finally, I got him and he began screaming on the line , "I'm at lunch don't call me again.  I said Sir I want my money back he yelled, "Your not getting anything back and hung up the phone on me. I am filing a complaint with BBB and the Federal trade commission and the federal consumer Protection. This is a extreme scam please don't get taken

Same here!! I purchased a vacation package for my family and I can't get in touch with these people. I am presently going through my bank to try and get my money back.

I lost $800 dollars.  I was trying to book a vacation to see my daughters in Hawaii and have gotten the run around as well.  I have tried emailing, calling.  I tried to get my money back.  I am trying to work with my bank but because it was past the 60 days they may not be able to help me.  I also tried filing a police report but because I authorized the draft no crime has been comitted yet.  Well, I am not quitting.  I am going to file complaints.  This is a start.  I am going to flood their email. Please feel free to email them. They got me too, I spoke with a guy named Joe, he's a scumbag, mine was under ASAP Travel and tours.  They got me for $400 for a Hawai trip, I wish there was a way to get these guys.  If I lived in Texas I would go down there and have some good old Texas justification.  I think we should send them a horrible email virus.  I'm just so pissed I got taken advantage of.
