Do Not Call Again, I can not relay messages!

They call me at work daily.  I've asked them to stop but they keep calling.  They are based supposedly in Minnesota.  I have not been able to locate a physical address so I can have them served a restraining order.

Do not call tired of the harassment.

I have issues for months with these people calling me and daughter at work and school at daughters college asking for different people we say wrong number they say no its right give others a message for us to call I don't even know people they keep calling for we are on do not call list but it just keeps up and happens all hrs

Sick of this company called UAC FINANCE calling all the time. Even up till 8pm at night. What the heck! Rudest most inconsiderate people I have ever talked to on the phone and someone needs to do something about this place!

They keep calling me for my stepsons debt.  I keep telling them to quit calling, I certainly do not owe them any money.    When they sign up for a car loan with them they must provide 12 references with phone numbers.   If they fall behind in payments they start harrassing the references.

You can send them a cease and desist communications letter, certified mail/return receipt - that gives them notice that you will not put up with their illegal behavior - and harassing the references is illegal.  There are lots of cease and desist templates available online (one site is www.creditinfocenter.com).

UAC is a finance company who helps people rebuild their credit on car loans.  When you apply for the loan they go by your income not your credit, but they do require you to provide a list of family and friends name and numbers (12 of them) not as references but as someone who might be able to get a message to you if they can't reach you. So that's probably what all the calls are about...one of your friends or relatives put your name down as a contact and they are late on their car payment. they aren't really a debt collector.

I had been receiving multiple calls from 877.818.3396 and finally they left me a message saying I was a reference for an individual I did not know and asked me to cal them at 800.414.2622. After reading mostly OK reviews about the company, I called them back. I had to give my number to let them access my given information, but I figured since they were already calling there was no harm in that. The man I spoke with was very friendly and when he asked my name and I declined, he gave me the name that my number was listed as and the name of the person who referenced my number. I let him know that I was neither of them, nor did I know anyone by those names, and he apologized and corrected the information.

Received a call from this number (UAC), when I called them back, they said they are trying to contact my worthless brother that I haven't talked to in at least 5 years.  He had probably listed me and my number as he ripped someone off, they wanted me to give him a message, I gave them a message, they hung up before I finished.  A low life bunch of Debt Collector scum!
