Typical debt collection scam call script...you know, the whole ‘your file is in our office, complaint in your name, your “case number” (LOL) is blah blah,’ so on and so forth. The call comes from an unknown number (obviously legit!), but this is the callback number referenced. When I googled the name of the outfit they claimed to be calling from, it comes up as a marketing company in West Virginia, so they are using a fake name that could be confused with an actual legitimate business. How slick. <eye roll> Since I have no current outstanding delinquent debt, I’m guessing they are either a zombie outfit that bought some information on a debt I had discharged in bankruptcy after my divorce 20 years ago, or they are just thugs that make up fake debt and try to trick people into paying. In any case, they are obviously SCAMMERS and THIEVES and just general BOTTOM-FEEDERS.

Someone name richard, eric called me from an unknown number on my voicemail they said call this number back with a reference # they said they are calling form lmc & associates i google them found nothing so i called the number told them why am i not finding your law office in online .. He said you will not find it we are exclusive ?? I looked them up on the bbb website no information -- i called my equifax and they helped me confirm is a scam !! They can by your information and call !!! Dont fall for it !!! I called back and spoke to eric i told him i will report him and he said you dont have my information goodluck
