    i recieved a call and no one on the line

    husband just answered the phone from this number...didn't understand a word said..told them so and said goodbye...hung up.

    Caller ID said "unknown" so I didn't pick up. They left a blank voicemail with no message. I checked my Mr. Number app. Several complaints there from users who say it's a fake Comcast "special offer" scam, phishing for your personal info and credit card. Blocked.
