After an order is placed with this company they usually call you to get you to modify your order. Upsell, out of stock, long time to place your order because it is coming from overseas. They will do anything to get you to change your order to something more expensive.

I placed an order of a camera. Then I want to cancel the order.
I called but they transfer me from to another till the phone drop.
2nd call, the put me to answering machine.
3rd call, they told me to hold on for one second, but no respone for 10 minute, the phone drop again.
DON'T BUY FROM THEM.

I ordered a camera from them online and a day later I get an email saying I need to call to confirm my card number.  After being put on hold for about ten minutes I was transferred to a salesman who confirmed the order and then started in on a high pressured sales pitch asking me to upgrade to a high speed memory card. When I told him I couldn't afford it he starts trying to sell me extra batteries and a charger.  Again I told him that the camera was all I could afford at the moment, but had plans to purchase more camera gear.  He kept going on and on about lenses and cases and flashes.  I was annoyed with the whole process and just told him I had to get back to work and hung up.  I keep checking my balance to see if the sale went though.  The camera is a great deal if you can deal with the very pushy salespeople.
