Just got a call about a civil matter. Did not call the number given. I believe this is a scam.

I got a call from this number, I couldn't answer and they call family members asking for me, how come they know them and my physical address? I'm very concerned about this situation. The call was about a civil complaint against me

They called and left messages on my mobile phone and my work phone about some civil matter. It has to be a scam caller
