I have received several calls before 8am and after 9pm so I just called and it is a collection agency that has bought old (13 yr old) debt and offering a settlement.  When they were informed that this debt has already been settled, I explained that it is being sold over and over again and I am sorry they have "purchased" it now but I will not produce documentation to them for proof.  They should have done that before they purchased it.  Check the TEXAS laws....they can not continue to contact you when you have told them not to.

A 13 year old debt is TIME-BARRED and the collection agency KNOWS it.  they are looking for anyone who does not know about debt collection laws

I get calls from this number yet when I answer there is no one at the other end.

I want this automated number to stop calling me every morning.
